Hey there! My name is Deja Tyla and I’m the founder of Career Owls. The name rings true to heart as it represents (1) the type of services we provide – “Career” and (2) the university mascot from which I graduated at Kennesaw State University – “Owls”.

I’m a specialist in change management and Agile practice with real-world experience in this field, which means I am well-trained to guide you through change in your career. I’m also certified and well-recognized for my ability to leverage my technical and business background to help professionals find ways to better highlight their skills and expertise in a way that sparks interest and adds value.
