These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Career Owls’ Website, located at careerowls.com.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Refund Policy
You have 45 days to redeem your purchased service before your package or service(s) expires.
Work on your project begins immediately after payment is processed because we diligently start to find a qualified writer to match your needs, have our team analyze your documents and record notes, and develop follow-up questions, all of which initiate the writing and development process. As a result, we do not offer refunds for any of our writing and career development services.
Refunds for career coaching services (not included in a package) are refundable if canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled meeting if forms and submissions have not been submitted and reviewed by the coach. If canceled in less than 48 hours or forms have already been reviewed and analyzed by the coach, no refunds will be issued.
While we do not offer refunds, we do agree to revise your resume to your reasonable satisfaction if you’re not satisfied with your final product(s) within our service timeframe. We will first ensure we explain the style, approach, and verbiage used within the resume clearly so you can understand what practices were implemented and why. If you’re not comfortable with these practices, we can adjust the resume, as needed, to fit your reasonable satisfaction, however, if best practices are not used, our 90-day results offer will be forfeited.

Service Use & Fees
Once purchased, all services and packages must be redeemed, and all required forms or documents submitted within 45 days. Failure to initiate service may result in FORFEITURE of service and ineligibility for refund.
After the delivery of the initial draft, each customer has up to 3 editing cycles to review, provide feedback, and approve final document delivery and submission.
Rescheduling a career coaching and mock interview session within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in a charge of up to 50% of the initial service fee.
